Antigua   Guatemala:   a   majestic   gold    arch  in   the  sunset  of

Antigua   Guatemala.   Antigua  Guatemala  is  one   of   the  highlights

of    Guatemala    and    certainly    one   of    the   most   beautiful   cities   in

Central     America.     Surrounded     by    volcanoes,     the   former    capital    of

Guatemala    shows   us   a    unique   glimpse    of   a    city    unblemished   by   modern

day     concrete     buildings     and     high    rises.      The      cobbled     streets      are   lined

with     the    loveliest     colonial     buildings.    Everywhere      in     the     old    city    center     are

grand     churches     and     convents.

Tikal:    Does     ruins     amaze     you?    Does     green

attract    you?   If    you   are   passionate   about    history    I

present    you   the    Maya    Ruins    in   Tikal.   Near    the  border

of    Belize,     stands     one      of       the      greatest       archeological

sites     in     Central      America.     The      experience     of    visiting     Tikal

is     certainly     enhanced    by    the     surroundings.     Steep     pyramids     rise

above      the      jungle’s       lush      green       canopy     and     wildlife   that   frequent

the     area.

Monterrico: Do  you  love  turtles?  Have  you  looked   the  marvelous

life    of    a   turtle?   Have   you  ever    seen   how    baby    turtles   walking

to  the  edge  of  the   beach   so   they   can  get   in  the  water?   Have  you  ever

wonder  how  is  the  life  cycle  of  a  turtle?  You   must  visit  Monterrico  or  Monterrico

Nature    Reserve.   Monterrico    is    a    nature    reserve     created    to    protect    mangrove

forests    and    sea    turtles.   Every   Guatemalteco   knows    Monterrico   because  of  this   nature

reserve.  And  one  of  the  best     part   of   this   is   that  boat  tours  takes  visitors through the  swamps

and    offer   good    opportunities    for    birds    and    wildlife    viewing,   particularly    in   the   morning   hours.
